CAN I PURCHASE MY GOWN DIRECTLY FROM JUSTIN ALEXANDER?
No. We do not sell directly to the public. Our products can only be purchased through an authorized Justin Alexander retailer. To find a retailer in your area, please click on our "Find a Store" link or see our Contact page for a list of toll free numbers to speak to one of our Customer Service representatives. Please note that we do not authorize our products to be sold over the internet and cannot guarantee the authenticity or quality of dresses sold over the internet under our name

CAN JUSTIN ALEXANDER BE PURCHASED OVER THE INTERNET?
No. We do not authorize our products to be sold over the internet. All of our registered dealers are carefully screened as being highly reputable bridal retailers with established locations throughout the world. Should any of our products appear on any website other than those of our registered retailers, we will not guarantee the authenticity or quality of the products offered.

DO RETAILERS CARRY ALL STYLES SHOWN ON THIS WEBSITE?
Our Individual retailers normally do not carry the complete Justin Alexander line. Also, some styles may be available in certain market regions but not others. For example, some dresses may only be available in North America and not Europe or vice versa. For this reason, we direct our viewers to the market region in which they are located (e.g. Europe, USA, Canada, etc.) so that we can present just those styles that are available in that area.

HOW OFTEN AND WHEN ARE NEW STYLES INTRODUCED?
New styles are introduced twice a year; the Fall Collection and the Spring Collection. Be sure and check this site often for the most up-to-date information, new styles, and media.

HOW CAN I GET A JUSTIN ALEXANDER CATALOG?
That's easy! Please navigate the the homepage and select "Download Brochure". If you are interested in receiving a brochure in the mail please contact our Customer Service department in your area. There is a small fee payable for shipping and handling for mailed brochures.

We do not sell directly to the public and, unfortunately, cannot post retail prices over the internet as prices can vary between retailers depending on location and market. For prices on specific styles, please contact your local Justin Alexander retailer.

DO YOU CARRY BRIDESMAID'S DRESSES?
Currently, we do not carry bridesmaid's dresses. The talented and highly creative design team at Justin Alexander is 100% dedicated and focused on creating the most elegant and trend setting bridal dresses in the world. WHAT IS A "DESIGNER DAY" AND ARE THEY OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?
Designer Days are like "mini fashion shows" hosted by bridal stores to preview their new styles and product lines. And, yes!, they are definitely open to the public and everyone is welcome to attend. Justin Alexander distributes to retailers world wide and our dealer network is growing rapidly every year. If you cannot find a bridal retailer in your area that carries the Justin Alexander line, ask your local bridal store to contact us and we will be happy to explain to them just how easy it is to become a Justin Alexander retailer.
